It is very nice and works well, the instructions indicate how to prepare the skin and I like that, I tried it dry and with a wet face, dry I get out more than with a wet face, the plate is heated to 3 minutes and I don't know if it is normal or not or if it works like that, But that takes everything out takes everything out. It also has 4 modes and from what I understood one of the modes is so that your serum or what you put "penetrates" the skin, that mode I still do not taste it, but the machine is very cool.
